WHO AM I?

Nobody got this last week, so here we go again!

Ok so this one is next to impossible, unless you're a cheating googler. Don't do it!

I'll give you guys ONE CLUE. This photo is of a two-year old, taken in 1910. So that should give you a timeframe to guess within.

First correct guesser becomes the new Cin-Ob Supreme, an honour held by kings and beggars alike, a title that has been paid for, stolen, killed for, started wars over, blackmailed for, and so on and so forth. It's a really big deal.  Not to mention, you call the shots on Friday with your post of choice!
