Oh Zac Efron. You gave up the Footloose remake to jump on the comic book bandwagon? Tsk Tsk...The Zef will be starring as Johnny Quest in the upcoming film, also starring The Rock... sorry... Dwayne Johnson, as Race Bannon.
We trust Warner Bros to go a good job with this one, we just hope it's a little more adult oriented, and not another cheesey Zefron flick. We'd like them to take a dark route with it... but that's just us. We're sick.
PS - Dwayne is quickly becoming a favie of ours. He chooses the perfect roles, and has transitioned beautifully into film, and he actually has a very distinct charm (not to mention he can actually act). Can't say that about many wrestlers... right Hulk?

Jonny Quest was never really a dark show though; Interesting, but not what i could call dark. At least not the show. Then again bright colours amuse me regardless of the content, so who am i to say. I can't wait to see what they do with their crazy super boat from the show. Who's going to play hadji? "Seem Seem Salabeem!" Ha!
Is it going to be based on the original Hanna-Barbera cartoon, or the less popular "Real Adventures of Jonny Quest" ?
