Two Thumbs Down for Critics Everywhere!!!

I just finished watching 'At The Movies' - a half hour program apparently devoted to bashing all that is fun and good in this world! Ok. I'm being a little dramatic.

But I'm not happy. I'm the opposite of happy. And terribly disappointed. WTF is wrong with
these peeps?! They just finished taking a shite all over The Ugly Truth. They named it the worst movie of the year.

When they finished with The Ugly Truth, one of our favie romantic comedies this year, they turned to animated goodness. Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs was dumped all over, as was Planet 51. The list went on. No movie was good enough for them. Transformers, Couples Retreat, Law Abiding Citizen, Watchmen, Angels & Demons, Away We Go, 17 Again, Knowing...

Movies are subjective. The beautiful thing about film is that there is no right or wrong!!! Not every movie is TRYING to Oscar-grub and be the most beautiful, deep thing you've ever seen. Some of them are simply meant to be silly and entertain, and that seems to be where critics eff up in their judgment calls...

POO POO ON YOU ARSE FACES! I HOPE YOU GET TWO THUMBS UP - WAAAAY UP YOUR ARSEHOLES!!!

Go watch some pretentious, ostentatious, pompous shite while sipping Earl Grey tea and munching on some crumpets and scones. IIIIICKKKK!

Ok. I'm done. I feel much better now.

That's why I like the site Rotten Tomatoes, it's not just the one oppinion of a critic with a stick up his ass.

I'd watch the hugs from the masked Critic, you'll find a hand on your ass before you know it.

Couldn't agree more... with the critics that is!

Ha. I kid.

Although half the movies in that list were pretty terrible, you did also name two huge blockbuster movies. I'm alos not sure how a critic can say a movie is terrible when it makes over $800,000,000 worldwide. I guess 80 Million people must have been pretty disappointed when walked out of their theaters.... wonder how i didn't hear about that.
