RIP Pete Postlethwaite

Aww this caught me by surprise on IMDB this morning.

Pete Postlethwaite passed away on Sunday at age 64 after a long battle with cancer.

We remember him fonldy as Father Laurence in Romeo + Juliet (1996), the keeper in Aeon Flux (2005), an awesome sci-fi flick, and the monk/friar/poet guy named Gilbert of Glockenspur in Dragonheart (1996).

Oh man, that's so sad, I didn't even hear about this.

I loved him in "Usual Suspects" and "Brassed Off". In "Brassed Off" I cried when he died.

I actually saw the pretty bad "Dark Water" again the other day and he was the caretaker in that too! RIP Pete.
