Gentlemen Broncos

Well Cin-Obs, if you loved the wackness of Napoleon Dynamite (2004) and Nacho Libre (2006) you'll probably loooove director Jared Hess' new film Gentlemen Broncos, coming October 30.


The number one reason we're psyched - the film stars Jemaine Clement, of Flight of the Conchords. Hilarious! He's the king of bizarre comedy. We bow down.

Gentlemen Broncos tells the story of a homeschooled teenage outcast and aspiring fantasy writer, Benjamin. He attends a fantasy convention to show off his work and finds his idea, Yeast Lords, becomes ripped off by acclaimed novelist Ronald Chevalier, who has turned desperate for ideas

We will also see Jennifer Coolidge as the mom, which makes us slap-happy. Coolidge is one of our favie comedienne's out there.

Sam Rockwell plays the hero of Benjamin's stories, and we see him play out the fantasies in both Ben AND Chevalier's versions.
