Movie Mistake: Star Wars

This one has gone down in history as one of the most hilarious, most acknowledged movie mistakes of all time. In the DVD release of Star Wars, they even added the 'bang' sound effect when the stormtrooper hits his head. Classic. This is something that would happen to me if I were an extra in a movie. My klutziness would make sure that something embarrassing happens so that people talk about it for years to come.
