Here's an acting combo we likey.Steve Carell and Tina Fey will star as a married couple whose date night goes awry in Date Night. Didn't see THAT title coming.
The movie will also star James Franco, who has became a Cinema Obsessed favie since playing Saul in Pineapple Express (2008). Also set to appear is Kristen Wiig. Can't go wrong there.
Not very many plot details have been released, but we can almost guarantee this comedy pairing will make a great on-screen duo.
We would probably pee ourselves laughing even if the dialogue was like this:
Carell: I'm awkward but charming and sweet.
Fey: I'm mildly good-looking but get credit for being a great comedic writer. Let's go out on a date and see what hilarity ensues.
Carell: Let's do it. I bet I'll say the wrong things along the way, but win your heart in the end.
Schedule your date night for April 9, 2010. God, I'm hilarious.

If this movie date night is anything like the epic date nights that I have with my husband, it's sure to be a blockbuster. We should honestly be followed by a camera crew. I mean once we had to come home from a restaurant due to an "emergency" at home. What happened? A hotwheels car had gotten wedged under the chest freezer. True story.
