Cat Tale

Siiiiggghhh... I feel bad even reporting this one.

Cat Tale is an upcoming animated film by Imagi Animation Studios.

Guess what it's about? Come on... I'll give you one guess... CATS! Whoa, you didn't see that one coming, did ya?

Rover the cat is raised as a dog and must travel to Catopolis (yes you read that right) to find out his true identity.

Grrroooaaaann... come on people! Can't you do any better than that? We've already done animated movies about people, aliens, dogs, fish, sharks, monsters, squirrels, racoons, moose, ants, bugs, bees, cars, robots, toys, grocery items, and even a toaster one time.

Can't we come up with something original? Cats?! That was the brand-spankin' new idea?

I bet we could come up with something better. All the shoes in a shoe store come to life after dark. The sneakers are the athletic ones, the stilettoes are the rich bitches, and the crocs are the socially inept losers.

Wait... that could either be amazing... or a total piece of shit. We're not sure.

Anyways not like it matters, but Cat Tale stars the voice "talents" of Sean Astin, Elisha Cuthbert, Jerry O'Connell, David Cross, Catherine O'Hara, Rip Torn, Stanley Tucci, R. Lee Ermey, Michael Richards, Fred Willard, Chazz Palminteri, Wayne Knight, Billy Idol and Alan Cumming.
