Bill Hader stars as the voice of a mad scientist whose every invention is a colossal failure. Finally he gets the brilliant idea of creating a machine that turns water into food, thereby curing world hunger by turning weather into nutrition!

Eventually the machine gets a mind of it's own and all hell breaks loose! Mua ha ha ha! (That's how mad scientists laugh right?)

The writers and directors of the film, Philip Lord and Chris Miller, say that it will be a homage to and parody of disaster films such as Twister, Armageddon, Independence Day, and The Day After Tomorrow.
