Creation: New Charles Darwin Biopic!

Since most deceased musicians have already had their biopics made, it was definitely time for studios to dig a little deeper into the past.

Coming in September, Creation is the story of Charles Darwin, and his struggle to cope with his theories of evolution versus his deeply religious wife. Oooooh scandalous.



Paul Bettany will play Darwin and Jennifer Connelly will play his wife (she actually IS Bettany's wife).

Connelly seems to enjoy playing the wives of brilliant men with problems... A Beautiful Mind (2001)... come to think of it, Bettany starred in that film as well, as one of John Nash's hallucinations. Oops sorry, I ruined it.

We'll see if this pairing will once again bring them to the Oscars. Biopics tend to do that...
