Yogi Bear Movie!

It was only a matter of time...

Yogi Bear and his lovable pal Boo Boo are coming to the big screen, along with Park Ranger Smith who is always trying to foil the bears' plans to steal picnic baskets.

Warner Bros films is working with Hanna-Barbera productions to produce the film in 3D, but no word yet on whether the film will be live-action or animated. We think live-action! They could use Spike Jonze's technique of the huge costumes with moving faces, as in his upcoming film Where The Wild Things Are.

We can't wait! It's coming sometime in 2011.
