I had my doubts going into this movie, but I was a fan of the show and was really impressed with the original film. Cut to me with 2.5 less hours in my life and out $7 for the ticket! Everything about this sequel was too much: the clothes (my God, real people don't wear these!), the cutesy dialogue, the fashion shows, the cleavage. I'm highly disappointed, and I sincerely hope this is the end of the "SATC" franchise. The show's end was perfect, the first movie's end was perfect, and the producers need to leave well enough alone.

(Sorry for the rant.)

M.Carter - rant away! We love it!

Since this sequel is being bashed black and blue, we hope it's the end too. I'm sure the failure of this one won't inspire any more sequels.

Regardless though, we enjoyed it for what it was - a light, fun movie. We really hated how everyone's relationships were ruined in the first movie.

I think it will. It's doing quite well at the box office, and since when does anyone care what the critics say?

Amen Simon. We don't claim to be critics by any means... we're just regular gals who watch a lot of movies and have opinions about them. LOL!
