YAY! Only a few years late, but we're still happy it's coming!We loved the first, we loved the second, and we were upset when we realized no more were on the way!
But those fears have been put to rest. Here it comes! To be released on June 18, 2010! We love you Buzz and Woody!
All your favourite voices have returned for Toy Story 3. Only a teaser has been released to date, but don't worry... your friends at Cinema Obsessed have some extra info.
The third installment in the series will be about Andy going to college, and the toys being dropped off (and subsequently abused) at a daycare centre. Hey, at least they went for something creative! If they made the movie just to add another new character to the toy box, we would have been disappointed. But after years of haitus, they did us proud - they waited til a decent script came along.
Too many film franchises are getting desperate and putting out 3rd and 4th sequels, only to ruin the appeal of the series. But we DON'T think is one of them!
The way we see it, Tom Hanks came back to pay tribute to the beloved animated classic. But we would bet our lives that Tim Allen was just desperate for some exposure and some moula. Either way... they couldn't have done a third Toy Story without the original cast!
To infinity and beyond! (Don't sue us, Pixar, we love you...)
