The Back-Up Plan

In The Back-Up Plan, Jennifer Lopez plays a single woman who is artificially inseminated and becomes pregnant with twins. On the same day she discovers she is pregnant she meets Mr. Right. Oh the awkwardness.

We think Tina Fey might be interested in a law suit here. We mean, Baby Mama (2008) dealt with a desperate single lady who uses surrogacy to conceive... then meets the man of her dreams. Hey J-Lo, that sound familiar?

And not to mention this is a classic case of art immitating life, only Jenny from the block's sperm donor had a name - Skeletor. We mean Marc Anthony.

Keep your eyes peeled for the plagairism January 22, 2010. Jen might need a real life back-up plan after this movie comes out...
