Victoria, the biggest biyatch in Vampire history, is being recast for the third installment of the Twilight Saga: Eclipse!Rachelle Lefevre will be replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard... yes Ron Howard's daughter. She's aiight... but we don't really approve of the studio pulling the rug out from under us. Once we've seen a character, we want to see them through to the end. Now when we see Howard as Victoria, it will always be in the back of our minds that she ain't the O.G.
Summit Entertainment says “Rachelle brought “Victoria” to great screen life and Bryce will bring a new dimension to the character. The franchise is lucky to have such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the role."
Oh well. Bring it, Howard. Victoria is a scary bad-ass. Bring your A-game. We want to be terrified of you.
PS- We're also bummed because Lefevre was Canadian... poopers...

Hmph. She was perfect. I want to know why! If she was committed to doing something else that's fine but if she was fired because they could get a "bigger" name, well I have a problem with that.
They said "scheduling conflicts" was the problem, but who knows. They probably dumped her for a big name, like you said. I think it would be a stupid career move if she decided to pursue another project. I mean, HELLO! Twilight is huuuuugge!
