Knockout

Well folks, get ready for more bang bang, boom, pow, big guns, covert/special/top secret/military- OPS. Here's a little summary on this Bourne-ish sounding flick:

Beautiful freelance covert operative Mallory Kane is hired out by her handler to various global entities to perform jobs which governments can't authorize and heads of state would rather not know about. After a mission to rescue a hostage in Barcelona, Mallory is quickly dispatched on another mission to Dublin. When the operation goes awry and Mallory finds she has been double crossed, she needs to use all of her skills, tricks and abilities to escape an international manhunt, make it back to the United States, protect her family, and exact revenge on those that have betrayed her. When we first read about this one, we weren't all that jazzed, but then we had a look at the cast...

Channing Tatum, Antonio Banderas, Bill Paxton, Michael Douglas, and our uber-favie, Ewan McGregor are set to star!

We're still feelin' like it's a plot that's soooo already been done, but what the hey - ya, that's right, 'what the hey' - we're still in. Shocking right? It's just that we're down for watching a female take the lead in a plotline like this one. Which is why we're also pretty excited for Salt! Huzzah! Girl Power!
