Me and Orson Welles is the film Zeffy chose to make instead of Footloose, and judging by the concept, and trailer, he might just be breaking out of cheese-land. He must have GREAT people working with him, showing him the ropes in Hollywood, and helping him make good career choices. 17 Again was a slight move away from Disney and musicals, and Me and Orson Welles seems to confirm he has serious leading man chops.
Well done, Zac. Bravo.
He stars as Richard, a teenage actor looking for his big break... and he gets it from Orson Welles when he's cast in his Broadway production of Caesar. Along the way he falls in love with a production assistant, played by Claire Danes. WE LOVE HER so we're very confident about this here motion picture.
A relatively unknown British actor, Christian McKay, stars as Welles, and so far he's getting rave reviews for his amazing impersonation. Do I smell an Oscar? *sniff sniff* No wait, I think I farted. Sorry, I'm gassy when I'm excited.
