Snow White and the Huntsman

Ohhh Hollywood. Here we go again with the remakes. While I bitch and moan, I can't help but be slightly intrigued. If this live-action take on the classic fairy tale is in the same vein as The Brothers Grimm (2005), then I'll be hap-hap-happy!

Rumoured to play Snow White is our personal favie Kristen Stewart. Ms. Misery herself. I'm waiting for the backlash.. let me have it Cin-Obs - I know there are a few of you who very much disagree with our opinion of the one dimensional miserable actress.

Snow White and the Huntsman is an upcoming 2012 American fantasy adventure film directed by Rupert Sanders, written by Evan Daugherty, that is currently in pre-production. A huntsman is ordered to take Snow White into the woods and kill her but instead he chooses to let her go and the two are evidently chained together for part of the movie as they make their escape. I am mighty excitey to see Charlize as the big baddie. She played one hell of a baddie in Monster (2003).. something tells me she'll be a little purtier in this one as the Evil Queen.

Looking forward to it. I do love me a fantasy flick!

I can't stand remakes either but I'm oddly intrigued by a Snow White movie. Maybe it's because I love the original story.

New comer Jenn Proske is Snow White. One has to just look at her to see what I mean. There is nothing fairy tale about this girl's acting. The perfect look, personality and the chops to deliver.

Is that you Jenn Proske?

Snow White A Tale of Terror has been my favorite remake of this story.

You don't know Jennifer Proske?!

Well Chanty, you may know her as 'Mariah', in the Off-Broadway theatre production of 'Pope Joan'. Or perhaps as 'Titania' and 'Hippolyta' in Shakespear's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' playing in the Mysterium theatre in Santa Ana California.

She is an awfully pretty girl. No complaints in seeing on her on the screen (one day) In the mean time, i will agree the rest of the Cin-obs in saying that she can't act, but i will also agree with you girls in saying that Kristen Stewart is also a personal favourite of mine... reow!

haha JRL we'll have to look up her IMDB credits.

Conflicting internet info says J-Pro is playing Snow White, and others say K-Stew.

I assume you mean Kristen can't act, and not poor newcomer Jenn Proske.

Yet, you think Rob Pattinson can. Ha lol

And again, here we go. K-Stew can act. The actors in Twilight can act. We would just like to see Kristen crack a smile once in a while. She seems to pick roles that are very self-depracating and sullen.

Well, the article referred to her as a "one-demensional miserable actress." I agree, I would like to see her in a lighter movie. She's much better in some movies outside the franchise. True, and I hope that changes, possible with On the Road.
